Chipotle Corn Chowder 

This recipe is full of flavor! When I first saw the recipe I thought this looks great then I saw ALL the ingredients I thought maybe this was to intense but I gave it go anyways and was amazed at how easily it all came together. I loved it!!!


1 cup Thrive Bechamel sauce 
2 tbsp heavy cream powder (or 1 cup of heavy cream when making)
1 tsp garlic
2 tbsp Thrive Butter Powder
1 tbsp Thrive Cilantro 
1/2 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Thrive Chefs Choice Seasoning

Pack the ingredients down as much as you can to make more room in the jar.

1/2 cup Thrive Diced potatoes
1/4 cup Thrive Chopped onions 
1/4 cup Thrive Red bell peppers
1/4 cup Thrive Celery 
1/4 cup Thrive Green chili Peppers 
1 1/4 Cups Thrive Corn 

To Make: Add 4 1/2 cups of water to pot add ingredients, remember to take oxygen pac out, and simmer until thick and veggies are tender. Optional: add 1 tbsp of lime juice. Serve with sour cream and chips
