Hearty Beef And Bean Chili 






Ingredients:

1/2 tbs thrive butter powder                        
1 tsp garlic
1 Cup Thrive ground beef                           
1/2 Cup Thrive Sausage Crumbles             
1 1/2 to 2 Cups Thrive Instant Red Beans  
1/2Cup Thrive Green Chili Peppers:           
1/2 Cup Thrive Chopped Onions                
1/2 Cup Thrive Red Bell Peppers               
2 Tbs Thrive Tomato Powder                      
1/2 Tbs Chili Powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Thrive Chefs Choice                           
1 Tbs Thrive Beef Bouillon 
1/2 Cup Thrive Espagnole Sauce        

Jar Assembly   

Add Ingredients to the jar starting with powders first and ending with beans. Again this is a lot of ingredients so be sure to stuff and smash down when you can. If you want to go a cheaper way only do half of the sausage and ground beef with the full 2 cups of beans. 

Directions for Making the Meal

Add 8 cups of water into a pot, bring to boil. Add the contents of jar, remember to take out oxygen pac. Boil for 2 minuets then simmer for 20 to 30 or until thickened and beans are soft. Optional: to Add more flavor add 1 Tbs of worcestershire sauce, 1 Tbs Lime Juice and 1 Tbs Hot sauce






Unstuffed Pepper Casserole









Ingredients 
  • 1 1/4 Instant white rice
  • 1/2 Thrive ground beef 
  • 1⁄2 Cup Thrive green bell peppers 
  • 1/2 Thrive red bell pepper 
  • 1⁄2 Cup Thrive chopped onions
  • 1/2 Cup Thrive mushroom pieces 
  • 1 Tbs italian seasoning blend 
  • 1⁄2 Cup Thrive tomato sauce
  • In a Separate Baggy or you can omit now and put cheese on top after finished cooking( thats what I prefer) 
  • 1/2 Thrive cheddar cheese, rehydrated
  • 1/2 Thrive monterey jack cheese, rehydrated














Assembling Meals in a Jar

Add all ingredients to jar starting with powders smashing down each time to create room in the jar. Optional: Adding cheese to a separate baggy at the top( oxygen pac goes in before baggy). Close Lid. 












Cooking Directions

In a Sauce pan bring 4 Cups of water to boil. Add contents of jar taking out oxygen pac and cheese baggy if you included it. Simmer until thickened and rice is cooked. If needed add and extra 1/2 cup water. 
If you prefer use regular rice and rice cooker.

Berry Cobbler 




Ingredients:
  • 3⁄4 Cup thrive 10 grain pancake mix           
  • 1⁄3 Cup white sugar
  • 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
  • 1⁄4 tsp iodized salt
  • 1 Tbs thrive nonfat powdered milk              
  • 3 TbsThrive butter powder                          
  • 1 1⁄2 t vanilla ( to mix in )
  • 1 Tbs thrive whole egg powder                  
    • 1⁄4 Cup Thrive butter powder                      
    • 1⁄4 C brown sugar 
    • 1⁄4 Cup quick oats
    • 1⁄4 Cup white flour
    • 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon 

    • In a Separate Baggy ( small sandwich, thin ) 
    • 1⁄2 Cup brown sugar
    • 1⁄4 Cup Thrive Butter Powder                          
    • 1⁄8 tsp cinnamon (optional) 
    • on the Top of the baggy 
    • 3 cups of you favorite Freeze Dried Fruit 







    Jar Assembly 

    Add the first(12) ingredients to the jar. In a Smaller sandwich bag(thinner style) add the Brown sugar, butter powder, and cinnamon. Place baggy in Jar. Add Fruit on top. Place oxygen pac on top close lid.









    Recipe Making the Meals in a Jar 


    Open lid, take out oxygen pac. Dump out fruit into a microwave safe bowl, add contents of baggy with the fruit.  Add 2 cups of water, stir well. Place Bowl into microwave,cook for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Place contents of bowl into a an 8'8 baking dish. Add the contents of the rest of the jar on top, stirring very lightly,just enough to incorporate some of the extra juices. If you feel like the top is a bit Dry still drizzle some more water or butter on top. Bake At 400 for 25 minuets or until fork comes out clean
